Third Thursday Themes – Evening Book Discussion

Beginning October 19th at 6:30 PM

The Danville Public Library is teaming up with Hendricks County Parks and Recreation to launch a new EVENING book discussion group. Each month a book with a specific theme or genre will be selected by the patrons and led (with library staff assistance) by the patrons. Periodically throughout the year, the theme will be nature-related and led by a park naturalist. We encourage the public to take the lead in discussions in those months not led by Hendricks County Parks and Recreation.

Light refreshments will be provided through the generosity of the Friends of Danville Public Library. Please contact Mindy Tuceryan (mindyt@dplindiana.org) or Jenny Duncan (jduncan@dpldindiana.org) if you are interested in participating or have ideas for the program.

Discussions start in October! Many thanks to Sarah Wolf, McCloud Park Naturalist, who is assisting in organizing this.

October’s selection will be The Hatching by Ezekiel Boone.  Copies are located in Adult Services!
